Visible Leader

A visible leader is someone who is seen, heard, and engaged with their team. They are approachable, relatable, and inspire others to reach their full potential. What makes a visible leader?

  • Being confident: Visible leaders are confident in themselves and can share their message in a relatable way. 
  • Being empathetic: Visible leaders are empathetic, committed, open-minded, and consistent. 
  • Being a good listener: Visible leaders listen to understand, ask questions, and observe. 
  • Being action-oriented: Visible leaders take action on feedback, whether that means implementing it or explaining why it can't be.
