Delegation in 6 Easy Steps

  1. Communicate the task ; what, when, what end result expect
  2. Furnish content for the task; why its is important, possible complications
  3. Standards; realistic and attainable
  4. Grant authority
  5. Provide support; money, training, others resources
  6. Get commitment; understanding and commitment to completing
