MY STORY IN PALM OIL INDUSTRY
Every journey begins somewhere.
Mine began with a willingness to learn, to work hard, and to keep moving forward. Over more than two decades, the palm oil industry has become more than a career. It has been my classroom, my workplace, and a place where I learned valuable lessons about engineering, leadership, safety, teamwork, and life.
Throughout my journey, I have experienced successes and failures, faced challenges, met inspiring people, and learned that engineering is not just about machines and technology. It is also about people, responsibility, discipline, and continuous improvement.
This book is a collection of my experiences, lessons, and reflections from the palm oil industry in Malaysia and Indonesia. It is not a story about a perfect career, but a journey of learning, growing, and becoming better through every challenge.
I believe knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared. My hope is that these stories will inspire young engineers, future leaders, and everyone who believes in lifelong learning.
Looking back, I realise that this journey was never simply about palm oil. It was about people, perseverance, responsibility, and discovering who we are through the work we do.
This is my story. My journey in the palm oil industry.
