Khairil, the manager of Modern Services, is thinking about implementing a target costing
system in his organization. Several managers have taken him aside and have expressed
concerns about implementing target costing in their organization.
As an expert in target costing, you have been called in to discuss these concerns and
offer advice as to how to overcome them.
