Causes :
Thining of chimney due to wear & tear effected by corrision.
Preventive measures :-
1. Proper weekly cleaning on the chimney base.
2. Half yearly check on the chimney thickness act accordingly.
3. Checkstay cable and ensure it is properly secured.
4. Plan bi-annual painting on the chimney external.
