Senior level executives would need to have the folowing :-
  1. An international outlook - posses good English and communication skills.
  2. Ability to manage information - computer literate.
  3. A greater sense of corporate responsibility.
  4. Skillful in business - government relationship.
  5. A long term view in their decision-making process - operate with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  6. Ability to design adaptable structures and management systems.
  7. A good human resource development policy - see people as strategic resource.
  8. Sensitivity to organizations's culture.
  9. Ability to manage change.
  10. Willingness to enhance their education through continous learning.
