Define "Manager"

Who are the MANAGERS?

Someone who (1)works with and (2)through other people by (3)coordinating their work activities in order to (4) accomplish organizational goals.

The tasks been carried out with most (5) efficient & (6) effective ways.

It is not about personal achievement, it is about (7) helping others do their work and achievement.
