1. Opening

*As per end year 2012, Sabah oil palm total planted area recorded at 1.44 million or 28% of total planted area all over Malaysia or 5.08 million Ha.
*Production of CPO at 18.8 million mt and PK 4.7 million mt respectively.
*Generate total revenue at RM71.395 billion. It is inclusive (Palm oil, PK oil, PK cake, Oleochemicals, biodiesel, finished products and other palm products).

*FFB price at mill gate RM615. *OER Sabah 21.02% / Malaysia 20.35%.
*Yield FFB 18.89 mt/ha/year CPO 3.84 mt/ha/year

2. Body
2.1 Job opportunity to local and foreigners.
*From top post to lower post. Open of plantation estates, new mills, refineries, transporters, supplliers, consultancy and others economic developments.
*Top post such (Estate owner, engineers, estates managers, planting advisor and administration)
*Middle post (Staff, clerk, supervision)
*Lower post (mill operators, estates harvesters, drivers)

2.2 Improve Standard living of local people and surrounding.
*Job oppurtunity - money for living and spending.
*Oppotunity to make business. Increase of customers. Varios types of business. Expand the business.

2.3. Government Source of Income from taxes
*MPOB tax. *Sabah Salex tax. *Sabah Port tax. *Foriegn workers levy
 *Revenue for government mean better public facilities such as road, school, hospital and BRIM!
*More money, more oppotunity for government to spend.

3. Closing
Sabah, the biggest state produce CPO in Malaysia changed the economic landskap of this state since early 1970.

Give golden oil which is provide job opportunity, improve standard of living and major income of state and federal government.

I as one of palm oil mill engineer and also a mill manager in one of 124 palm oil mills in Sabah feel proud to be one the key player.
