Why people resign?

People resign from jobs for a variety of reasons, but some of the most common include a lack of career growth opportunities, inadequate compensation and benefits, poor management, and a toxic work environmentOther significant factors include a lack of work-life balance, feeling underappreciated, and a desire for a different work environment.
