3 ways HEAT TRANSFER

1. Conduction - through a substance to another by actual contact.
Exampe - a metal spoon in a hot cup of drink.

2. Convection - transfer of heat within a substance by the actual fluid movement of the substance. Occurs only in liquids and gasseous like in the boiling of water.

3. Radiation - by heat energy waves which is travel in straight line at the speed of light.
Example the sun and earth.
