Void or unlawful agreement

Section 2(g) Contract Act 1950,

  1. Is forbidden by law
  2. Defeats by provisions of any law
  3. Is fraudulent
  4. Implies injury to person or property of others; or
  5. Is regarded as immoral or opposed to public policy
